Barnstaple – Sound It Out
Sound It Out welcomes people with memory loss and their carers, as well as those who just want company. We laugh, sing, and support each other. We serve the people of Barnstaple and surrounding area, and we are celebrating 10 years of singing for memory this year.
Activities
Our morning starts with a welcome tea or coffee, refreshments, and chat. Feel relaxed in a safe, supportive environment. We then sing to lift our spirits and jog our memories. There is a donations pot, but no charge. A hot lunch is available for £2.50 if required.
