Exmouth – Crossroads Memory Cafe

A place for individuals with memory loss to engage in meaningful activities and social interactions. Our team is committed to providing a warm and nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Join us in creating moments of joy and connection.
Activities
We offer friendly meeting place for people living with dementia or memory difficulties, and their carers and families. The cafe is run by a group of volunteers who provide tea and homemade cake. The aim is to create opportunities for meeting others in a social environment with people who understand, can provide help and support and a listening ear.
We are committed to offering a holistic approach to care and support, focusing on creating moments of joy, connection, and purpose. Through innovative programs and compassionate care, we aim to empower individuals and their families to navigate the journey of memory loss with grace and compassion.
Our vision is to be the leading provider of person-centred care and support for individuals with memory loss. We envision a community where every individual is embraced with empathy and understanding, and where each person’s journey is honoured and celebrated. By promoting awareness, education, and inclusivity, we strive to build a society that values and respects the unique experiences of those living with memory loss.
