Tavistock Memory Cafe
If you are living with dementia, or are a carer or family/friend, you will be given a warm welcome at Tavistock Memory Cafe and offered support and advice. We provide activities and peer support in a relaxed and friendly space, plus regular informative speakers. Free of charge. Places need to be booked in advance – see contact info below.
Activities
There’s always lots of chat, and members enjoy a range of activities such as singing, quizzes, table games, reminiscence, rides in a Trishaw… We also offer other services outside of our normal hours – see our website for details: www.tavistockmemorycafe.co.uk
